  • Order means a request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website and related purchasing services.

Acknowledgement

By accessing our Website or placing an Order, You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.

You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Returns & Cancellations Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Installation Disclaimer: Nevera Auto is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow proper vehicle safety procedures. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Always disconnect the vehicle battery when working with electrical components.

Placing Orders

By placing an Order, You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and authorised for use, including payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order at our discretion, including (but not limited to):

  • Product availability issues
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

Pricing & Payments

All prices on the Nevera Auto Australia store are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved third-party payment providers.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Final Sale)

Custom and made-to-order products are strictly final sale.

These products are manufactured, sourced, or allocated specifically for Your Order and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom steering wheels (personalised trims, stitching, carbon, heating, displays, etc.)
  • Most carbon fibre parts (interior or exterior components)
  • Special-order or made-to-order automotive parts

By placing an Order for any custom or made-to-order product, You acknowledge and accept that the Order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Returns (Standard Products Only)

Returns are only accepted for eligible standard, non-custom products in accordance with our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and approved in writing prior to return.

A 5% restocking fee may apply to approved returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies You may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where Goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevera Auto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, vehicle damage, or installation-related issues.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Goods or Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Order.

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Nevera Auto is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled within that jurisdiction.
