Shipping
Yes. Nevera Auto ships Australia-wide and internationally. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery of all orders.
Delivery times vary depending on the product type:
- In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 1β3 business days
- Made-to-order or custom products: Production times vary and will be advised on the product page or after purchase
- International orders: Shipping times depend on destination and customs processing
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
For Australian orders, GST is included where applicable.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your countryβs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, provided:
- The item is unused and uninstalled
- The item is returned in original packaging
Please note:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items are final sale
- A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once a product has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Yes. Most products sold by Nevera Auto include a manufacturerβs warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product and brand.
Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or modification
