Return Policy for Nevera Auto

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing Nevera Auto for your automotive parts and accessories. We value your support and are committed to providing a smooth and professional experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Nevera Auto aims to process orders efficiently. Depending on the item, processing may take 1–5 business days before dispatch.

Custom / Made-to-Order Products: Some products are manufactured or prepared specifically for your order. These items typically require 14–21 days for production; however, timeframes may vary based on order volume, component availability, and manufacturing schedules. In rare cases, production may take longer.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, cancellation eligibility depends on whether your item is a standard stocked product or a custom, special order, or made-to-order product.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

  • Before Dispatch: You may request a cancellation prior to dispatch. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Order Products (No Cancellations)

All custom, made-to-order, and special order products are strictly non-cancellable once the order is placed.

These items are produced, manufactured, or sourced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked or resold as brand-new.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom steering wheels (personalised builds, trims, stitching, displays, heating, carbon options, etc.)
  • Most carbon fibre parts (interior or exterior components)
  • All items tagged as “Special Order”

By placing an order for any of the above items, you acknowledge and accept that the order is final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Return Eligibility (Standard Products Only)

We accept returns on eligible standard, non-custom, non-special order products within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and included components.
  • A valid reason for return is provided and approved by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All custom or made-to-order products, including custom steering wheels
  • All items tagged as “Special Order”
  • Most carbon fibre parts
  • All headlight assemblies once delivered
  • Items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or show signs of use
  • Items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or not in resellable condition

Headlights & Large Fragile Items

Due to their size, fragility, and packaging requirements, all headlight assemblies are non-returnable once delivered.

Headlights are shipped in large protective boxes that are susceptible to damage during transit or opening. Once received by the customer, we cannot accept returns as:

  • We are unable to actively test headlight assemblies once shipped
  • Packaging may be damaged during transit or handling
  • We cannot guarantee the item remains in brand-new, resellable condition required for other customers

Please ensure compatibility and suitability are confirmed prior to placing your order. Our team is happy to assist with fitment questions before purchase.

Return Process

To request a return (for eligible items only), please contact our team at info@neveraauto.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • The reason for the return

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns for eligible items. This covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and advise the next steps in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
