Order Processing Time
Nevera Auto strives to process orders efficiently. Depending on the item, it may take between 1 to 5 business days to process your order. We appreciate your patience during this time. Custom products such as custom steering wheels usually take anywhere between 14 days and 21 days to complete. However depending on the time of ordering, and how quick we can source components, this may tay take longer, we have had very few cases exceeding 90 days.
Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. A valid reason for cancellation is required, and you can provide this information by contacting our support team at info@neveraauto.com. Once your item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Custom Steering Wheels: Custom steering wheel orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. We take pride in creating unique, personalized products for our customers, and these items are tailored specifically to your preferences. All orders of custom steering wheels are 100% final. We will not refund or cancel the order no matter the circumstances.
Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
- A valid reason for the return must be provided.
- Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return for eligible products, please contact our support team at info@neveraauto.com to begin the return process. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products.
- Custom (Personalized) Products: Please note that custom (personalized) products, including custom steering wheels, are not eligible for returns. These items are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold.
