Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian, or international warehouses (or local fulfilment partners) based on product availability and your delivery location. With some products which are custom-made, may come directly from our vendors overseas.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Processing time is typically 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Once processed, orders are generally dispatched on the next business day.
- We do not dispatch on weekends.
- During peak periods, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Timeframes (Australia)
After your order has been processed, delivery timeframes within Australia generally fall within the below ranges:
- Metro areas: typically 1–5 business days
- Regional/remote areas: typically 2–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or service disruptions.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Certain products offered by Nevera Auto and offered vendors are custom-made or built to order, including (but not limited to) custom steering wheels and bespoke carbon fiber components.
- Custom products typically require 14–21 days for production.
- Production times may vary depending on order volume, component availability, and manufacturing schedules.
- In rare cases, production may take longer than the standard timeframe.
If there is a significant delay to your order, our team will contact you with an update.
GST & Pricing (Australia)
All prices displayed on the Nevera Auto Australia store are in AUD and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays & Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier service selected at checkout (or the best available carrier for your location). While we do everything possible to ensure smooth delivery, Nevera Auto is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions or peak-period congestion
- Weather events, natural disruptions, or road closures
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout
- Missed deliveries or re-delivery scheduling delays
